For customers
Once the service opens, use your city’s official concierge link for new requests. For a live case, ask for human support and include your case reference rather than sensitive identity or payment details.
For providers
Email us about your service area, services and partnership interest. Fees and responsibilities are agreed before onboarding; sending an enquiry does not create a commitment.
Privacy and deletion requests
Email fouzi.sbano18@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion. Include the WhatsApp number associated with your case and the type of request. We may verify account ownership before acting. Never send passwords or verification codes.
